Government media reports that Jaysh Al Islam left Douma for Jarablus, and the last group of displaced people arrive to Northern Syria

Syrian government media reported that the government had reached an agreement with Jaysh Al Islam.The convention demanded Jaysh Al Islam to depart  Doum with their light weapons. Jaysh Al Islam is also required to hand over the heavy weapons and to establish a local council, under the government permission.

The Civil Negotiation Committee of Douma (14 kilometers east of Damascus) agreed with Russia to evacuate the “humanitarian cases” from the city to Northern Syria; they didn't provide any explaining of what the “humanitarian cases” are or when the time of implementation of the convention will begin.

Hundreds of Al Rahman legion fighters started leaving Eastern Ghouta with their families for Eastern Ghouta. Activists estimated their number to be between 1,500 to 1,700 people.

The last group of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) from Eastern Ghouta arrived in Idlib, Northern Syria. The government militias shot the buses that carry the IDPs in the suburbs of Latakia.

The shouting injured six IDPs, including women and children, in Beit Yashout, Latakia. The shooting targeted the last convoy that left the central part of Eastern Ghouta to Northern Syria.

The Response Coordinators of Northern Syria (a coalition of humanitarian and relief organizations) published statistics showing that 47,450 IDPs arrived from Al Qadam neighborhood, Damascus and the towns and cities of Eastern Ghouta. The IDPs have come between March 14 and March 31. They were divided between Aleppo and Idlib.

Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham decided, and the Syrian Liberation Front on reached a second agreement and a complete ceasefire between them.

Government and Russian warplanes killed a woman and injured civilians in Idlib. One of the raids targeted a school, which recently became a shelter for the IDPs of Eastern Ghouta.

In As-Suwayda, the Tourism Directorate was stolen, and the residents held the government forces responsibly.

In Afrin, the Syrian National Army issued a general announcement to the residents of Afrin to report their complaints and allegations about the robberies that took place during the takeover of the city by the Olive Branch factions.

The residents of the Ain Issa camp, 48 kilometers north of Raqqa, Northeastern Syria, refused to return to their homes in the city due to fear of remaining landmines, which the Islamic state planted before their withdrawal.

Political and international news:

Turkey's General Directorate of Security arrested 245 suspects of belonging to the Islamic State, during security operations in different parts of Turkey last March.
