Al-Rahman Legion fighters from Duma arrive in Hama and battles renew between Syrian Liberation Front and Hayat Tahrir al-Sham in Aleppo

Field and local developments:

Fighters of al-Rahman Legion and their families arrived at the Qalat al-Madiq crossing Northwest of Hama, from the city of Douma in Eastern Ghouta. Their convoy comprised of 24 buses carrying 1,089 people and was escorted by the Syrian Red Crescent.

The local council of Has town, west of Idlib, called for support to dozens of displaced families arriving from Eastern Ghouta. The local council said that so far 105 displaced families have arrived. Townspeople have provided the families with basic necessities and the local council has called upon humanitarian organizations to help.

The Syrian government has given a time limit for the factions and residents of Eastern Qalamoun in Rif Dimashq to consider the conditions for a reconciliation, in a similar vein to the displacement agreement that has taken place recently in cities and towns of besieged Eastern Ghouta.

On Sunday, a spokesman for the Negotiation Committee representing the cities and towns of Northern Homs and Southern Hama, Central Syria, reported that the Syrian government and Russia are trying to reach separate agreements in the region. They aim to circumvent international resolutions and impose a de facto control on the ground.

Clashes broke out between the Syrian Liberation Front and the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) in the western Aleppo countryside. The Syrian Liberation Front hit a HTS tank on its way to Rehab village. Also, the Syrian Liberation Front resisted a HTS attempt to advance towards the village of Zarzita, amid artillery shelling between the two sides.

In Southern Daraa, loyalist artilleries shelled residential areas of Saida town, injuring five civilians. The shelling hit a civilian car in the center of the town.

The Asayish Internal Security Forces of the Kurdish Autonomyous Administration arrested Faisal Yusuf, a member of the Kurdish National Council in al-Qamishli, northeast of al-Hasakah, from his home for unknown reasons.

Yesterday, thousands of Syrian Assyrians, Syriacs and Chaldeans celebrated the Assyrian New Year (Akito) in al-Hasakah governorate. Officials in the Kurdish Autonomous Administration attended the celebration. The Bishop of the East Assyrian Church in Syria, Avram Athrir, said that they prayed for world peace, especially for Syria.

Agricultural experts and farmers and expect economically unbeneficial barley crop production this year in north of Homs, Central Syria; as a result of a fungal disease called Septoria Leaf Blotch. The disease has causes the crop to turn yellow and leads to its eventual death, according to agricultural engineer, Abdullah Matar.
