Syrian regime allege to shoot down missiles that targeted two airport in Southern Syria, and Washington seeks to replace American forces in Syria by Arabic forces.

On Saturday night, Syrian government's media channels reported that the loyalist forces shoot down the missiles that targeted two military airports in Central and Southern Syria.  

The media channels also reported that the missiles were aimed at al Shariat airport in Homs and Al Dumayr in Rif Dimashq. The Syrian defensive air system shoots them all, according to the channels.   

Several explosions occurred in the area of the chemical attack in the city of Douma, Eastern Ghouta, Damascus, killing one civilian.   

On Monday, an official of the Russian Defense Ministry stated that experts of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons would enter Douma next Wednesday.  

A loyalist missile shelling hit the town of Al Zafaraniah, Northern Homs, Central Syria, killing four civilians and injuring dozens.

In Northern Syria, a loyalist artillery shelling on the village of Masaran, 18 kilometers south of Idlib, Northern Syria, killed three civilians and injured others.

Another loyalist artillery shelling on the village of Maarzeta and the city of Khan Sheikoun, Southern Idlib, killed a woman and a child and injured others.  

In Al Raqqa city, Northeastern Syria, two explosions occurred on Monday and killed civilians and fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces.

International and political news:

On Sunday, the Wall Street Journal quoted American officials, saying that Washington is planning to replace the American forces in Syria with other Arabic forces.

On Monday, the White House Press Secretary, Sarah Sanders, said that the United States President, Donald Trump, still intends to withdraw the American forces from Syria.

On Tuesday, the Group of seven expressed their support for the strikes by Western countries against the Syrian Government, in retaliation to the latter's use of chemical weapons in Douma city, Eastern Damascus.

A source from the French Presidency said that Paris assigned 50 million Euros to finance new humanitarian projects in Syria. About 20 non-governmental organizations that operate in Syria will execute these projects.

The French Elysee Palace started to take measures to strip the Syrian President, Bashar Al Assad, from the Medal of Honor, which the former French President, Jacques Chirac, gave the Syrian president in 2001.
