The fourth and last group of internally displaced persons (IDPs) from the Eastern Qalamoun area, Northeastern Damascus, arrived in the city of al-Bab, 39 kilometers east of Aleppo, Northern Syria. A military source reported that the people and local fighters in the city of al-Ruhaybah in the Eastern Qalamun area live in poor conditions amidst uncertainty around the result of the negotiations. The negotiations about evacuating fighters and civilians from the city have continued for the fifth consecutive day.

The source, who preferred to stay anonymous for security reasons, said, "the negations are closed and no one knows what is happening, and people are insisting to stay with the fighters in the city."

The negotiations came after the loyalist forces launched a military operation in the area outside the loyalist forces' control in Southern Damascus, seven days earlier. Loyalist and Russian warplanes raided the Yarmouk camp, and the neighborhoods of al-Qadam, al-Tadamun, and al-Hajar al-Aswad more than 50 times early in the morning.

George Sabra and Khaled al-Khoja, members of the General Commission of the Syrian National Coalition, in addition to Suhair al-Atassi, a member of the coalition, recently resigned. They said that the coalition did not adhere to the principles of the Syrian revolution, and the current political track is matched with the Russian one, which rehabilitates the Bashar al-Assad government.

The Syrian National Coalition is an alliance of parties and political bodies opposed to the Syrian government. Founded in 2012, it is recognized by a number of Arab and Western countries as the legitimate representative of the Syrian people.
