Thousands of Internally displaced persons await for Turkey’s permission to enter FSA-controlled areas in Aleppo, and Russia cancels IDPs evacuation from Homs

In Northern Syria, three Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) convoy await permission to pass, near al-Bab (38 kilometers east of Aleppo). One of the convoys awaits in the al Furat Shield-controlled areas, and two in the government-controlled areas.

Hundreds of IDPs from Bibila, Yilda, and Beit Sihem suffer from waiting for more than 24 hours. They have been waiting for the Turkish government permission to enter al Furat Shield-controlled areas in Northern Aleppo.

While waiting, the Syrian Arab Red Crescent vehicles, returned to accompany the fifth IDPs group from Southern Damascus. They returned to al-Bab, after withdrawing for a brief period.

The anonymous shooting killed two fighters of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham near the village of Talhdia (31 kilometers south of Aleppo.

In Idlib, residents of Marat al Numan protested to improve the services in the city and to dissolve the local council. The council proclaimed that it is facing problems due to the lack of support.

As a result, the Local Council of Marat al Numan suspended its operations for three days.

In Southern Syria, Israeli bombing of government bases in al Kiswah, Western Damascus, killed two civilians from Daraa.

Government media reported that Israel launched two missiles on al Kiswah, Rif Dimashq, two hours after the U.S. withdrew from the Nuclear Convention with Iran.

The death toll of the missile attack in Damascus rose to four, along with 24 injuries.

The government forces and the supporting militias continue with the military escalation in the Islamic State-controlled areas in Southern Damascus for 21 days respectively.

In Eastern Syria, ISIS executed five civilians in Deir Ez-Zor. The civilians were accused of “spreading evil on earth.”

ISIS captivated five injured fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the city of Hajin (95 kilometers east of Deir Ez-Zor).

In Northeastern Syria, a rainstorm destroyed mud houses and tents in the al Shadadi area, al-Hasaka.

The Martyr Ahmad al Abdo forces, affiliated with the Free Syrian Army, refused any agreement with the government and Russia in the Syrian desert.
