Hayat Tahrir al Sham evacuation from Southern Hama begins, and Turkish delegation explores Western Idlib

Local and field news:

Government forces and a delegation of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent opened a passage with the Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham controlled areas in Southern Hama. They began the passage in preparation to evacuate the Tahrir al-Sham fighters toward Idlib.

A Turkish delegation explored a town and a village in Western Idlib, Northern Syria. The commission examined the area to establish new control points under the de-escalation agreement.

Clashes between the government forces and Hayat Tahrir al-Sham killed and injured government fighters in the area of al Sawaghia, near the village of al Fo’a, seven kilometers northeast of Idlib, Northern Syria.

Government forces shelled artillery and missiles on cities, towns, and villages in Northern Hama, Central Syria. Government warplanes and helicopters launched several airstrikes as well.

Anonymous missile attack killed at least one government fighter and injured other in their base in the al Hamamyiat hill, Hama.

The Syrian government forces and supporting militias entered the towns of Bibila, Beit Sahm and Yilda, Southern Damascus. They came the towns after the evacuation process of civilians and fighters ended.

Dozens of people protested in front of a Turkish control point near the village of Sarman, Southeastern Idlib, Northern Syria, to demand Turkey of implementing its promises of returning residents to their villages and repelling the government forces.

A celebration of raising the revolution flag on a central flagpole took place in Western Aleppo. The ceremony coincided with a protest of hundreds of people from the area.  

In Southern Syria, Government artillery shelling injured a mother and her daughter in the neighborhood of al Balad, Daraa.

The first dialysis center in Ain al Arab, Kobani, saved the patients 75% of travel for treatment expenses, in addition to providing free services.

Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) from Idlib and Aleppo suffer in the camp of Abu Qbei’, Western Raqqa, Northeastern Syria. They suffer from severe living conditions and services, in addition to the spread of dermatology diseases and the absence of humanitarian organizations.

A source from the Tweihina camp, near the city of al Tabaqa, Raqqa, Northern Syria, reported that the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) banned the IDPs from Deir Ez-Zor from entering the camp until verifying their identities.  

Turkey prepared two camps in Northern and Eastern Aleppo to receive the remaining IDPs of the first convoy that came from Central Syria. The IDPs of the fifth and sixth convoy refused to leave for Idlib; after they have been stuck near the Abu al Zinden crossing since four days.

Political and International News:

The Russian foreign military reinforcement official said that Russia does not think that reinforcing the Syrian government with S-300 missiles is necessary. The official made his statement after the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to Moscow.

A day after the Israeli Army bombed dozens of Iranian bases in Syria, Avigdor Lieberman, the Israeli Minister of Defense, urged the Syrian President Bashar al Assad to repel the Iranian militia from Syria.
