Local and field news:

On Sunday, the first group of internally displaced persons (IDPs) from the villages near the city of al-Salamiyah (30 kilometers east of Hama), arrived at the crossing near the town of Murak in Hama, Central Syria. The group contained fighters of the opposition group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and civilians.

The number of the first group of IDPs increased after an agreement between Russia and the HTS, and is now 3,500 IDPs.

The first part of the fourth group of IDPs from Northern Homs and Southern Hama arrived in Qalat al-Madiq in Hama.

Emergency correspondence coordinators said in a statement that 33 buses and one ambulance carrying 1,500 civilians will head for Idlib. The coordinators also stated that humanitarian relief organizations helped moving the IDPs to Idlib.

The exit of the fourth group of IDPs was postponed, while another group already headed for Northern Syria.

On Saturday, an explosion targeted a building of the Salvation Government, which is supported by the HTS, in the city of Idlib, Northern Syria. The explosion killed and injured about 35 people, most of them prisoners of the Salvation Government.

The explosion went off at the rear section of the Justice Palace of the Salvation Government. Activists reported that the explosion killed two of the palace guards, and most of the injured people were prisoners of the Salvation Government. The injured prisoners were transported to the hospitals and specialized clinics.

On Saturday night, an explosive device killed two men and injured four others in the city of Ariha (12 kilometers south of Idlib), and damaged properties in the area.

Local activists reported that an explosive device exploded in a car of the security forces just outside the Red Crescent headquarters near the al-Hezeb square, west of Ariha, injuring members of the forces.

Two shooting incidents killed two people and injured another in Idlib, Northern Syria. The reasons behind the shootings are still unknown.

Local activists said that anonymous people released fire on a car transporting two fighters of the HTS. The car was passing through the road between the cities of Kafr Nubl and Hazarin. This incident killed one of the fighters and injured another, who was transported to a nearby hospital.

The al-Sham Legion of the Free Syrian Army said that they will announce a new formation that includes several opposition factions working in Northern Syria, aiming to achieve the “total unification” of all factions.

Houzaifah stated that a unification means that several factions will be gathered under one command.

In Southern Syria, a shooting from the Jordanian border injured a child in Daraa.

Local activists said that a random shooting, using a medium-caliber machine gun, towards the farmlands surrounding the Baer al-Shayah village, severely injured a child, who was transported to a field hospital.

In al-Quneitra, displaced people of the al-Shahar camp at the borderline with the occupied Golan Heights near the village of Jibbata al-Khashab, turn their tents into simple houses of mud and stones.
