Calls to boycott a UN disarmament conference headed by the Syrian regime and the killing of Russian soldiers in Deir al-Zour

Political and international developments:

The Syrian regime is going to head the four-week UN disarmament conference in Geneva on Monday, amid calls by organizations to hold protests in front of the conference venue and call on states to boycott it.

Politically, the Supreme Negotiations Committee of the Riyadh II Conference considered the Syrian regime to meet Russia's desire to launch the political process out of a "lack of conviction," commenting on the latter's presentation of the names of the "Constitutional Committee" to Russia and Iran.

Field and local developments:
The Russian Defense Ministry confirmed the killing of four military advisers and three others were wounded by an attack on a "terrorist group" (unnamed) in the eastern province of Deir Ez-Zor, two days after the declaration of the "Islamic State" killed Russian soldiers near the city of al-Mayadin.

North of Syria, "Hayat Tahrir al-Sham" in Idlib denied its relationship with the abduction of the former commander of the former Martyrs Brigade of the Islamic Movement in Daria, Captain Said Narkash, after unknown account on Facebook publishes a video clip showing him handcuffed.
Local activists also said that members of the "security force" of the "Hayat Tahrir al-Sham" shot at a Turkish element calling himself "Abu Jamal al-Azri" on charges of being the head of the cells of the assassination of the ISIS  in the province of Idlib.

As for the developments in camps for the displaced people in Syria, eight children were poisoned in Mabrouka camp in al-Hasakah after eating expired food.
For its part, the "United Relief Office" in the eastern Ghouta announced the establishment of an electronic model for the enumeration of displaced families from the Eastern Ghouta to find out their current residence in the north of Syria.
The local administration and the Syrian Salvation Government and the local council of the city of al-Bab in Aleppo opened the door for the licensing of weapons and fireworks shops. The "Syrian Salvation Government" operating in Hayat Tahrir al-Sham areas declared its refusal to register the students of high school diploma that issued by the regime in 2018, In its affiliated universities.
