Local and field news:

On Saturday, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the loyalist forces burned several houses and bakeries in the Tall Rifat area, Northern Aleppo, Northern Syria, before withdrawing from the area.

Local activists reported that SDF fighters withdrew towards the "infantry school," the city of Manbij and the village of al-Hassyah, while the loyalist Republican Guard and military security members withdrew towards the towns of Nubl and al-Zahraa. The activists added that the Russian military police withdrew towards the city of Aleppo.

In Northern Syria, the al-Hamzah Troop of the Free Syrian Army imposed taxes on the civilians who travel between the Euphrates Shield areas and the Afrin area, Northwestern Aleppo.

A local source, who preferred to remain anonymous for security reasons, reported that fighters of the al-Hamzah Troop demanded civilians to pay 2,000 Syrian pounds to cross a Hamzah Troop checkpoint near the village of al-Basoutah. The source added that one of the fighters shot into the air when the civilians resisted.

Also in Northern Syria, dozens of civilians demonstrated in the Azadi square in the city of Afrin (43 kilometers northwest of Aleppo) to condemn the kidnapping of a media officer from the city. The al-Hamzah Troop is suspected of being involved in the kidnapping.

The demonstrators appealed to the Turkish Army and military police, and to the Free Syrian Army (FSA) factions to begin an immediate search for the member of the Afrin city media center, who is called Adam. The demonstrators called for a general strike and blocking of the city's roads on Sunday if Adam is not returned.

In Southern Syria, the FSA reported that the withdrawal of Iranian forces from the Daraa and al-Quneitra governorates would "primarily" benefit Israel.

On Saturday, the Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Walid Muallem, denied reaching an agreement regarding the areas of Southern Syria, demanding the United States to withdraw from the al-Tanaf Syrian-Iraqi border area.

Also in Southern Syria, the Khalid Bin al-Walid Army, which is accused of pledging allegiance to the Islamic State, attacked an FSA base in Daraa, killing two FSA fighters and injuring two others.

In the al-Hasakah governorate, Northeastern Syria, a suspected International Coalition airstrike on the village of Dib Haddaj in the Shaddadah area killed and injured 10 civilians.

Activists reported that the International Coalition warplanes targeted residential houses in the ISIS-controlled village with heavy machine guns, killing eight civilians from a single family and injuring two others.

Also in Northeastern Syria, dozens of civilians gathered in the al-Sa'a square of the city of ar-Raqqah to condemn the military conscription by the SDF.

A local source reported that more than 80 civilians, whose relatives have been detained by the SDF for conscription, gathered in the square to demand the release of their sons.

In Deir ez-Zor, clashes between the SDF and the Popular Mobilization Militia injured fighters from both parties near the village of al-Baghouz, 119 kilometers southeast of Deir ez-Zor, Eastern Syria.
