Manbij Military Council says that YPG will withdraw from Manbij; and prisoners of Hama Central Prison suffer

In northern Syria, the Manbij Military Council said that it is able to keep the city (80 kilometers east of Aleppo) and its border secure from any exterior threats. The council stressed its refusal for Turkish presence in the city, adding that “the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) will withdraw its military advisors from the city within days.”

The chief of staff of the first division of the Syrian National Army said that Turkey will not administer Manbij, Eastern Aleppo. It will supervise implementing the Manbij Road Map agreement with the U.S.”

The local council of the town of Ihtimelat, 42 kilometers north of Aleppo, Northern Syria, opened a medical care center that serves 13,000 people in the area, under the auspices of the Turkish Health Ministry.

Suspected Syrian government aerial bombing killed two civilians and injured five others in Ariha (13 kilometers south of Idlib).

A remnant missile from previous Russian and Syrian government bombing killed and injured five children in the village of Halawa, Sinjar (50 kilometers southeast of Idlib).

Anonymous persons assassinated a foreign fighter from the Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) near Maarat al-Numan (35 kilometers south of Idlib).

Anonymous shooting killed two civilians near the town of Sarmin (14 kilometers east of Idlib).

The Children of One World organization started an educational project for children with special needs and those whose education was interrupted in Idlib.

In Northeastern Syria, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) advanced in Islamic State (IS)-controlled farms near the town of al-Dashisha (78 kilometers south of Hasaka).

In SOuthern Syria, the Correction Body of Horan proclaimed reaching an agreement to end the battles between the Free Syrian Army (FSA) factions and the Khalid Ibn al-Walid Army, which is accused of pledging the IS, in al-Yarmouk basin, Daraa.

FSA factions arrested three IS fighters. The fighters were attempting to infiltrate from al-Sweida to Daraa.

The Syrian government forces reinforced their bases in the areas neighboring the IS-controlled areas in the Northern outskirts of al-Sweida. Predictions indicate a possible military operation against the IS.

In Central Syria, The prisoners of the Hama Central Prison said that they are suffering from poor humanitarian conditions, due to the absence of services provided by the government and its prison administration.

Syrian government missile attack killed a civilians and injured another in Western Hama. the government also shelled artillery on Northern Hama from their nearby bases.

Explosions were heard from the al-Shabiha militia weapon warehouses in the town of Jub Ramla (31 kilometers west of Hama).

Syrian government media announced opening the Homs-Hama road, after the government seized areas in Northern Homs and Southern Hama, after displacing hundreds of residents and fighters.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights documented the death of 73 medical staff members, Civil Defense and Red Crescent volunteers since the beginning of 2018.

International and political news:

The President of the National Coalition, Abd al-Rahman Mustafa, said that the withdrawal of the Kurdish People’s Protection Units from Manbij, according to the Turkish-American agreement, will facilitate the return of internally displaced persons.

Alexander Evanov, the Russian spokesman of Hmeimim military base, Latakia, reported that Russia will reinforce the Syrian government with fighters from the areas of which they gained control after the displacement agreements.
