Syrian Government escalate hostilities in Southern Syria; Turkey runs patrols in Manbij

In Southern Syria, Syrian Government artillery bombing killed a civilian and injured others in al-Hara city.

The al-Hara local council in Daraa, Southern Syria, said that the Syrian Government forces are bombing the city to force it's civilians to reconcile with the Syrian government.

The Free Syrian Army (FSA) attacked a Syrian Government column at the perimeter of Khirbat Ghazala village (16 kilometers north of Daraa).

In Quneitra, an FSA faction targeted a Syrian Government van in al-Baath city, burning it completely.

A Hezbollah militia fighter was killed and another was injured during an attempt to infiltrate the village of Batna (seven kilometers east of Quneitra).

Second term exams started in the al-Basha’er University in Daraa and Quneitra, Southern Syria.

In Northern Syria, the Turkish Army ran patrols on the front lines with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in Manbij, Aleppo, under a prior agreement with the U.S.

Turkey and the U.S. reached an agreement under the name of 'The Road Map of Manbij'. The agreement requires both parties to run joint military patrols, in preparation to first evacuate and then administer the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG).

The Medical Association in al-Bab, Eastern Aleppo, affirmed suspending al-Hikma Hospital's services, except for emergencies. The suspension took place after armed persons attacked the hospital again.

Activists of al-Atareb, 30 kilometers west of Aleppo, Northern Syria, organized a celebration for hundreds of children. The children performed a play and received gifts.

The Head of the Advocacy and Information Body of the Ahrar al-Sham Islamic Movement, Mwafaq Omar, issued a statement on his official account. The statement said that Omar quit from the Ahrar al-sham and from the Syrian Liberation Front.

The Nour al-Sham troop performed the first show for children, under the name al-Wali and the Fisherman, in Idlib, Northern Syria, to temporarily relieve them from the reality of ongoing war.

In Central Syria, the relative calm over the past 24 hours in the towns and villages of Hama has reflected positively on civilian movements in the area.

In Homs, the Syrian Government Forces imposed fees on residents of the villages and farms of al-Rastan (20 kilometers north of Homs). The fees are in exchange for providing electric power to their houses.

In Northeastern Syria, bus drivers went on a strike in Amouda (68 kilometers north of al-Hasaka). The strike is against the Kurdish Autonomous Administration's raising of gas prices.

In al-Raqqa, a landmine killed two civilians.

The Traffic Police of the al-Raqqa Civil Council closed a road that passes from al-Raqqa and connects the Northern bank (al-Jazeera) and Southern bank (al-Shamiya) of the Euphrates.

International and political news:

The Turkish Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mevlut Cavusoglu, said that the Turkish Army will gradually enter Manbij, Eastern Aleppo, Northern Syria.

Cavusoglu said in statements that the Turkish Army has already started running patrols between the al-Furat Shield, FSA-controlled area, and the SDF-controlled Manbij, in which the YPG is a main component.
