Field and local news:

With a Russian intermediary, the Shabab al-Sunnah Troop of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) concluded an agreement with the Syrian government forces regarding the city of Busra al-Sham in Eastern Daraa, Southern Syria.

The agreement included troop’s surrender of heavy and light weapons, preventing Shia militias to enter the city, and restoring the city's services, electricity and water networks by the Syrian government.

During the second round of negotiations between the FSA and Russia, clashes and bombings by the Syrian government forces on residential areas in the Daraa governorate killed 18 people, including seven civilians.

In the nearby as-Suwayda, the Rijal al-Karamah movement condemned the al-Shabihah militias’ selling of goods stolen from Daraa, holding the Syrian government's security services responsible for promoting such behavior. The Rijal al-Karamah movement called on the people not to be dragged towards the "filthy, blood-stained trade” (of stealing).

Civil sources reported that people did not show much interest in the stolen goods, calling for the prosecution the people responsible for trafficking the goods into as-Suwayda. Activists from the city launched a campaign for boycotting the stolen goods and listing the names of their traders and buyers.

From their bases in the Lattakia countryside, the loyalist forces targeted the town of Badama in the Jisr al-Shughur area in Idlib with artillery shells, killing a civilian and injuring eight others, including a woman, according to Husam Zleito, the head of the Badama Civil Defense.

The loyalist forces targeted the city of al-Latamnah in Northern Hama with mortar shells from the Zellin loyalist forces' checkpoint. A similar night shelling targeted residential neighborhoods and farmed lands in the town of Kafr Zayta and the villages of al-Zakat and al-Arba'in. No casualties were reported during the attacks.

Mahmoud Bnayyan, a leader from the Syrian Liberation Front, survived an assassination attempt in the Sahl al-Ghab area in Western Hama after unknown persons planted an explosive device in Bnayyan's car. The device exploded without causing the Bnayyan any harm.

The loyalist forces confiscated the lorries operating in several areas in Hama city for military purposes, one day after the Syrian government issued a decision banning the confiscation of civilian vehicles.

The local and military councils of the town of Baza'a, Eastern Aleppo, banned random shooting and motorcycle riding for minors, under the penalty of prosecution. According to the councils, the military factions will be responsible for disciplining their fighters.

In al-Hasakah, the Sports Union of the Kurdish Autonomous Administration organized a sports tournament for 400 children in the city of al-Qamishli. The tournament included football, basketball, volleyball, chess, karate and running. The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the Syrian al-Amal Association sponsored the tournament.

The Sunday Times newspaper reported that on June 21, the British Air Force bombed a loyalist forces' location near the al-Tanf border crossing between Iraq and Syria, killing an officer and injuring seven fighters.

The newspaper said that the bombing came in retaliation of the loyalist forces' attack on a patrol of the FSA's Maghawir al-Thawra Army and military consultants from the International Coalition against ISIS in Southeastern Syria.
