On Wednesday, artillery shelling from the Khalid Ibn al-Walid Army killed three children and injured six others from one family, in the village of Heit, west of Daraa, Southern Syria. The shelling coinciding with the Khalid Ibn al-Walid Army’s attack to gain control over Heit village.

Civil groups from Ankhel city in Daraa supported the negotiations between the Free Syrian Army (FSA) and Russia, to reach an agreement similar to agreements in other areas of Daraa.

The FSA attacked the opposition faction Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS)’ headquarters at the edges of Ankhel city. The FSA expelled HTS fighters from their headquarters after the HTS fighters infiltrated Ankhel, calling upon residents to evacuate the city within 24 hours before the start of a HTS military operation against the Syrian government forces. The clashes between the FSA and HTS injured a civilian and two HTS fighters.

The Syrian government forces entered the areas with cereal silos’ and the prison of Gharaz village (formerly controlled by the Houran Judiciary Court), in prelude to establishing outposts in accordance with the agreement between the FSA and Russia.

Syrian government forces’ artillery shelling killed a fighter and injured three others from the Salvation Front FSA faction, at the perimeter of Tal Sakhur village, North of Hama, central Syria.

The Syrian government increased the price of fuel in Northern Homs, and had it limited to two gas stations, in prelude to issuing ATM cards that allow civilians to have diesel at the decreased price of 185 Syrian pounds per liter, instead of the current price of 225 Syrian pounds.

Shabiha militia members established checkpoints on the international highway in al-Rastan city in Homs, and imposed fees on vehicles from 200 to 500 Syrian pounds.

Forces and revolutionary groups formed a military council in Qastoun village, west of Hama, central Syria, to coordinate with military factions operating in the area to protect humanitarian aid organizations staff against recent threats.

The Kurdish People’s Protection Units reported that they conducted five attacks in the Afrin area in Aleppo, killing six FSA fighters and three Turkish soldiers.

Civilians complained about repeated mistakes and negligence by the medical staff at the al-Hikma hospital in al-Bab city. The hospital’s medical office official attributed the repeated mistakes to the significant work pressure on the staff.

The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) released 24 fighters of the al-Raqqa Martyrs’ Brigade from the Aiyed prison in al-Raqqa, Northeastern Syria. Sources suspect the SDF to release another group in the hours to come.
