Aerial bombing kills and injures civilians in Idlib; Syrian Government withdraws from village in Daraa

In Northern Syria, suspected Syrian Government aerial bombing killed a child and injured seven civilians in the village of al-Mozara (52 kilometers south of Idlib).

The military council of the town of Kafrouma (33 kilometers south of Idlib) formed a voluntary security force to administer the security of the town.

In Aleppo, residents and figures of the town of al-Sahara (26 kilometers west of Aleppo) proclaimed solving the disagreement between the Syrian Liberation Front and the Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS). The HTS surrounded the town during the night to break into it.

The 23rd division of the National Syrian Army graduated a new fighters group. The fighters went under a one-month-training in a camp in the village of Hiwar Kilis, 50 kilometers north of Aleppo, Northern Syria.

A military source reported that the negotiations about Western Daraa will have the same requirements as the agreement requirements with the rest of the FSA factions in Daraa, in addition to handing over the hills in the Western area.

A Russian delegation entered the FSA-controlled city of Tafas and the town of al-Mzeirib, Northern Daraa, to explore the area.

The Khalid Ibn al-Walid army, accused of pledging the IS, attacked the FSA-controlled village of Hit, Daraa, on the Jordanian border. The Syrian Government forces launched airstrikes on the Khalid Ibn al-Walid army-controlled areas.

The Maghawir al-Thawra army, affiliated with the FSA, stated that they arrested 11 IS fighters in the al Tanaf area, Eastern Homs.

Syrian Government security forces and supporting militias arrested and kidnapped the internally displaced persons who earlier refused to reconcile and decided to return to their homes in Northern Homs.

In Northeastern Syria, the Doctors without Borders organization suspended their operations in SDF-controlled al-Raqqa

The SDF released a group of fighters of the Thwar al-Raqqa, which the SDF have arrested in al-Raqqa.

The Syrian Pound exchange rate slightly improved against Jordanian Dinars, according to Jordanian media.

Jordanian media quoted the Head of the Jordanian Banker association, Alaa Diraniya, saying that the demand for the Syrian Pound has increased by 20%. The Syrian Pound exchange rate became 580 for each Dinar after it was 600 SYP.

International and political news:

The Israeli Army targeted a drone near the ceasefire line in the occupied Golan with a patriot missile.

A local activist reported that expired food killed a child and affected 40 Syrian refugees in the camp of the town of Bashwat, Baalbek, Lebanon.

The Qatar Charity donated $10 million for the UNHCR to support Syrian refugees in Jordan and Lebanon.
