Loyalist forces bombing on Northern Hama kills civilians; Syrian Democratic Forces arrest women in al-Raqqa city

On Saturday, the loyalist forces used artillery shells to target farmlands near the village of Lahaya, Northern Idlib, Central Syria. The shelling killed three civilians and injured seven others.

In al-Raqqa, activists reported that the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) arrested more than 20 women after they gathered to demand the release of their detained sons from SDF prisons.

The activists reported that the SDF fighters attacked the women and arrested more than 20 of them, all in the presence of American soldiers from the International Coalition forces. The latter only watched and filmed the incident.

In Western al-Raqqa, nine Syrian government forces' employees entered the al-Baath Dam (al-Rasheed) area, which is controlled by the Kurdish Autonomous Administration and the SDF. The employees had received their mission to supervise the maintenance work and participate in the dam's management. The Syrian government's flag was raised above the dam's southern entrance for three hours.    

In Southern Syria, the Free Syrian Army and Russia reached a new agreement that includes the cities of al-Hara and Jasim, and the towns of Nimer and Barqa, and the villages of Um Awsaj and Zamrin in Northern Daraa. No further details about the agreement were reported. 

Dozens of displaced families returned from the border area with the occupied Golan Heights to their houses in the Nawa city. 

The loyalist forces started to breach the displacement agreement in the area of Northern Homs, Central Syria, as the loyalist forces sent  conscription documents to young men, giving them a six-month period to join the forces, beginning from last May.     

Eyewitnesses reported that the employees from the Syrian government's Ministry of Supply started executing a decision issued by the Syrian government's Ministry of Commerce. The decision confiscates all unknown-sourced imported goods in the city of Hama.

In the town of al-Dana, Northern Syria, a device exploded as the funeral procession of Ahmad Sensawi, a commander from the al-Sultan Murad brigade, passed through the town. The explosion injured two civilians.

Inside the zoo of Southern al-Raqqa, Primary Response Teams pulled out 18 new bodies from a mass grave.
