Free Syrian Army: no reliance shall be placed on Turkey if Syrian government attacked Idlib; last group of forcibly displaced people from Southern Syria prepares to leave

On Friday, the Free Syrian Army (FSA) said that no reliance should be placed on the Turkish supervision outposts, which are deployed to the Idlib governorate if the Syrian government forces launched a military attack on Idlib.

The president of the Negotiation Commission of the Riyadh 2 Conference, Naser al-Hariri, said that the battle of Idlib would not be "easy"; he added that they are seeking to avoid military solution.

A new formed military group that includes FSA factions and Islamic factions threatened to kill anyone who promotes to reconcile with the Syrian government.  

In Aleppo, a device exploded on the road between the villages of al-Qaturah and Deir Samaan, Western Aleppo. The explosive device killed a civilian and injured two others.  

The price of potato increased by 33 percent in the FSA-controlled cities and towns of Northeastern Aleppo.

In Southern Syria, 15 buses entered the city of Nawa (25 kilometers north of Daraa) to transport the last group of forcibly displaced people from Daraa and Quneitra to Northern Syria.

The Syrian government forces seized several towns controlled by the Jaysh Khalib Ibn al-Walid, which accused of affiliating with ISIS, in the al-Yarmouk area, the Daraa countryside.

On Friday, the Islamic State posted photos of several women, who were kidnapped on Wednesday during IS attack on the villages of the Eastern al-Suwayda countryside, Southern Syria.

On Thursday night, the Syrian government forces sent a military convoy to the Eastern al-Suwayda countryside. The convoy included dozens of heavy armored vehicles. The arrival of the convoy came after 36 hours of the battles' end.

Locals and fighter found four women alive, hiding in a cave in the village of Shbeki, 25 kilometers east of al-Suwayda, Southern Syria. The women hid in the cave after the Islamic State attacked their village.

Civilians from the village of Shbeki expelled the Syrian government's governor of the al-Suwayda, the as-Suwayda Police Commander, and other officials from the pro-Syrian government al-Ba'ath Party from the funeral of the victims who were killed after IS attack in villages in the Eastern countryside.

In Central Syria, dozens of families left the al-Rakban camp for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and headed for the loyalist forces-controlled areas. The IDPs left the field due to bad health, service, and living conditions, in addition to a lack of safety.  

In Hama, a delegation from the Shura council of the city of Halfaya visited the Turkish Forces in a supervision outpost, east of the city of Mourik (27 kilometers north of Hama). The delegation demanded the forces establish more boundary in the nearby towns and villages.    

In Northeastern Syria, The Syrian Democratic Council said that the negotiations between its delegation and the Syrian government might discuss military and political issues.  

International and political news:

The president of the Negotiation Commission of the Riyadh 2 Conference, Naser al-Hariri, said that it is a mistake to raise the issue of returning Syrian refugees to Syria, considering the issue an "early step."
