Field and local news:

On Monday, the loyalist forces' targeted the village of Babis, Western Aleppo, Northern Syria, with artillery shells from the loyalist al-Ramousah base, killing one civilian and injuring five others. The injured were transported to a nearby field hospital.

A similar shelling targeted the villages of Bashnatrah, Hur al-Ays and Bashqatin, destroying property, without causing any casualties, according to activists.

On Sunday, the local council of the village of Kafr Nouran in the al-Atarib area, Western Aleppo, Northern Syria, organized a demonstration to demand the release of detainees from Syrian government prisons. About 40 demonstrators raised the Syrian Revolution flag and condemned the Syrian government's savagery.

Muthanna Barakat, the head of the Kafr Nouran local council's financial office, reported that the council called on the people to raise the Syrian Revolution flag at the villages' northern entrance to affirm holding on to the revolution and its principles.

A group of young men removed banners that condemned violence against women from the city of Azaz, Aleppo, affirming that the area is free of any practices or laws that offend women. Abdul Qader Abu Yousef, an activist, explained that whoever reads these banners would think that the laws and practices of the city place injustice on women and deprive them of their rights in education, vacancies and participation in building, and leading the society.

The party to write these banners are still unknown. Fatima al-Saadi, the president of the Supporting and Empowering Women organization, denied any involvement by the organization in the incident. Munzer al-Sallal, the head of the city's Stabilization Committee, also denied any involvement by the committee in writing these banners.

In al-Raqqa, unknown persons attempted to assassinate a commander from the Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) by shooting at his car near the village of al-Akershi, Eastern al-Raqqa. The assassinators injured the commander in his leg and killed one of his guards.

The YPG took over the houses of about 24 families, preventing the people from entering their homes in the al-Sakan al-Shababi area in the city of al-Raqqa. The YPG explained that these houses lay in a new security area that included military bases, security headquarters and media offices.

The YPG built a concrete wall approximately two and a half meters high around the security area, preventing anyone from entering, except for those who managed to obtain a special pass, a document of guarantee issued by parties inside the security area, to show the guards at the main gate.

In Daraa, Southern Syria, local activists reported that certain civilians manipulated the trade of gas cylinders, as others forged documents to be able to purchase these cylinders. About 300 gas cylinders were entered to the city of al-Harrah to be distributed in accordance with name lists at 2,800 Syrian Pounds per cylinder.

Activists said that families in need did not have a chance to get gas due to the "opportunists" who bought gas cylinders illegally to hide them and then sell them in times of need for high prices, reaching 6,700 SYP per cylinder. This occurrence coincided with a new statistic count carried out by "new agents" to distribute food support, bread and diesel, accordingly.
