Syrian government forces send reinforcements to al-Suwayda; Human Rights Watch accuses Kurdish Units of recruiting child soldiers

The Human Rights Watch accused the Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) of recruiting children, including displaced ones from YPG-controlled areas' camps, to participate in the YPG military operations, despite that the YPG pledged earlier to stop this practice.

The Kurdish Autonomous Administration (Rojova) informed the Human Rights Watch of Rojova's approval of recruiting 16 and 17-year-old children without the consent of their families, saying that these children do not participate in the battle.

Russia presented a proposal to the United States for collaboration in returning Syrian refugees and displaced people to their homes and in Syria's reconstruction process, but the US stipulated conducting United Nations-supervised elections in Syria.
