Ahrar al-Sham Islamic Movement hires new commander, and Local Council of Azaz members resign
Local and field news:
On Thursday, the Ahrar al-Sham Islamic Movement, affiliated with the National Liberation Front, hired Ali Basha as a successor to Commander Hasan Sofan. 
A commander in the Ahrar al-Sham, who preferred not to be named, reported that Jaber Ali Basha would lead the Ahrar al-Sham instead of Sofan. The latter will become a member of the National Liberation Front command council. 
The Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) agreed with the National Liberation Front about their controlled areas and distributing checkpoints in Aleppo, Northern Syria.
SMART received a copy of the agreement between the HTS and the Nour al-Din al-Zinki movement about Anadan and Darat Izza.  The Nour al-Din al-Zinki Movement recently joined the National Liberation Front, mediated by Hasan Sofan, the leader of the Syrian Liberation Front. 
Three members of the Local Council of Azaz, Aleppo, resigned as a response to the resident's demands to overthrow the council. 
Local activists reported that the heads of the financial, medical and service offices resigned as a response to the resident's demands to dissolve the council. 
The Syrian government forces arrested civilians from the Northern Suburbs of Homs, Central Syria, after seizing it recently, for communicating with their relatives and friends, who were displaced to Northern Syria.
The Initial Response Team (IRT) retrieved bodies from a public park and from under the rubble of a destroyed building in the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF)-controlled al-Raqqa city, Northeastern Syria.
The al-Asayesh forces, affiliated with the Kurdish Autonomous Administration, increased the security level in al-Hasakah, Northeastern Syria.
Local sources reported that the security procedures include ID checks for the people entering and leaving the city.
The sheep prices decreased by 20% to 40% in al-Hasakah, Northeastern Syria, due to the lack of demand.
Muhammad al-Haj Ali, a sheep merchant, stated that the price of living sheep is 1,500 Syrian pounds per kilogram after it was 1,600 last year. He pointed out that the reason for the decrease in prices is due to the reduction in sheep export to Iraqi Kurdistan since they started importing from Iran.
