On Monday, a car bomb exploded in the city of Azaz, 43 kilometers north of Aleppo, Northern Syria, injuring nine civilians.

The Salvation Government, which operates in the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS)-controlled areas, issued a decision to close unlicensed private universities in the Idlib governorate, Northern Syria.

The Sputnik Russian agency quoted a military source as saying that the Syrian government forces air defenses dropped aircraft near the Russian base of Hmeimim in southern Latakia, Western Syria.

The Hope makers Organization opened the first center for fitting prosthetic limbs and physical therapy in the city of al-Raqqa.

The exchange rate of the US dollar against the Syrian pound increased by 11 pounds in the city of al-Raqqa.

A local faction working in the governorate of al-Suwayda said that the amnesty decrees issued by the Syrian government were merely a trick to arrest the wanted men in the prisons that it described as human slaughterhouses.

The Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said during the founding meeting of the network of cooperation of the Crescent and Red Cross societies in Istanbul that the establishment of a safe zone in Northeastern Syria aims to return four million refugees from Turkey, according to Anadolu agency.

Erdogan said that they would achieve security and stability east of the Euphrates region soon, as they have succeeded in other areas of Syria. Erdogan added that they would eliminate the IS and other terrorist organizations that have been trained against Turkey.
