Aleppo, Syria. Dec. 28, 2017. A school in al-Jinah, 34 km west of Aleppo, organizes a celebration for children with special needs in the occasion of Christmas and the New Year.

The school’s manager said that the school has 65 pupils with different disabilities, including Down’s syndrome, autism, mental and motor disabilities, and the inability to hear and speak. The children participated in the celebration and interacted with Santa Claus, who offered them gifts.

On Aug. 1, 2017, Al Amal Group held a fair to sell the products of people with disabilities in al-Atareb, Western Aleppo.

Russian and loyalist bombings on the cities and towns of Aleppo governorate have killed and injured thousands of civilians. The bombings also caused severe injuries and amputations that have led to permanent disabilities among the civilians of Aleppo.
