The Civil Defense noted that their volunteers extinguished fires in Harasta,11 kilometers east of Damascus, due to loyalist bombing using incendiary rockets.

The Local Council of Harasta stated in a statement seen by SMART, that it suspected the loyalist forces bombed the city using napalm. The Council confirmed that Russia supports the loyalist military campaign with indifference to the Security Council meeting to achieving a truce in Syria.
