The Syrian Human Rights Network has documented 107 civilians killed, including 34 children and 18 women, just 72 hours after issuing the UN Security Council Resolution 2401 which calls for a 30-day ceasefire in Syria.

In a report published on the network's official website,  the Syrian loyalist forces killed 83 civilians, including 18 children and 13 women.

The network reported a further 16 civilians killed, including ten children and four women, as a result of  the International Coalition's bombing in Deir ez-Zor, as well as the killing of four children by the Islamic State.

The report also stated that four civilians were killed by unidentified members.

The Network Director Fadel Abd al-Ghani said, "What happened after Resolution 2401 is unprecedented, as it took only a few hours before the loyalist forces and their allies came back with bombing, killing and storming.”

The UN Security Council resolution calls for a no-delay ceasefire and to allow immediate entry for the United Nations to begin medical evacuations in a safe and unconditional manner, as well as to not obstruct medical and humanitarian workers, and finally to lift the siege imposed by all parties from the besieged areas, including Eastern Ghouta.
