Residents of village in Eastern Aleppo expel Syrian Democratic Forces from it

On Friday, the residents of Aoun al-Daddat village, which is 85 kilometers east of the city of Aleppo in Northern Syria, expelled members of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) due to their attack on one of the villagers.

A local source reported that one of the members who is located at the checkpoint in Aoun al-Daddatof the city of Manbj, beat a resident of the village, which is forced the villagers to attack the SDF building. As well as two checkpoints and expelled them out of the village entirely.

Local activists broadcast a video clip of the attack at the Aoun al-Dadat checkpoint and the expulsion of the SDF members. A group of the residents headed to the Zaatar checkpoint to expel the SDF members from there as well.

The atmosphere was tense between the people of the city of Manba, which is controlled by the SDF, and the SDF members since Aug. 2016. On Jan. 14, 2017, the people of the city of Manbaj hold a general strike, and people demonstrated apart against SDF, due to the killing of two young people of the Popna clan.
