Activists posted a video on social media under the name of 'souls harvest'. The video is made in a similar style to those produced by the Islamic State (ISIS). It is meant to deliver a message about the massacres committed by the Syrian government and Russia in Syria.

The video shows people dressed in orange cloth and lead by disguised men, who are then about to behead the people. The video includes a song, which ISIS has used in previous videos. The disguised men throw their knives and take off their disguises. A man with a muffle covering his mouth appears bearing the phrase "international community" on his chest. The disguised men bear symbols of the Syrian Government, Russia, Iran, and Hezbollah militia.

One of the disguised men delivers a message in Russian saying," when ISIS committed such crimes, the world reacted in days, while Bashar al-Assad and his allies have been committing such crimes for seven years and the world stands still. Assad and his allies' terrorism is the most dangerous for Syrians and the whole world."

Russian and Iranian-backed Syrian government forces have started an intensified military operation against Eastern Ghouta. The campaign included hundreds of airstrikes and toxic gases, napalm, and phosphor bombings, killing hundreds of civilians and displacing thousands of others despite the United Nations Security Council Resolution 2401, which demands a cease fire in the area.
