On Tuesday, 13 buses entered Eastern Ghouta to transport the fourth group of internally displaced persons (IDPs) from the middle part of Ghouta to Northern Syria.

Syrian government media outlets reported that the buses will transport 831 IDPs, including 189 fighters from the cities of Irbin and Zamalka, town of Ain Tarma, and Joubar neighborhood in Damascus.

Earlier on Tuesday, the third group of IDPs, which left Ghouta on Monday, arrived in Qal’at al-Madiq city in Hama, Central Syria. The IDPs of the third group will be transported to shelters in Idlib and Aleppo.

On Saturday and Sunday, two groups of IDPs exited Ghouta after the al-Rahman Legion of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) reached an agreement with Syrian government forces following a two month long government military operation in the are.

Last week, thousands of civilians and fighters from the Ahrar al-Sham Islamic Movement exited the city of Harasta under a similar agreement. The negotiations continue between Russia and civil committees in the city of Douma, which is controlled by the Jaysh al-Islam.
