Syrian government attack kills and injures 11 civilians in Talbiseh city, Homs

On Sunday night and Monday morning, shelling by Syrian government in the city of Talbiseh (14 kilometers north of Homs) killed and injured 11 civilians, including women and children.
Local activists reported that the shelling killed a woman and her daughter, and also injured nine other civilians, most of them children. The injured suffered from various injuries. Civil Defense teams transported the injured to nearby hospitals.
The Free Syrian Army (FSA) Four Division said that they mortared Syrian government outposts in the village of Mrimin, north of Homs, in response to the attack on Talbiseh city. No further details were given on the effects of the attack.
On Sunday, Syrian government artilleries killed four civilians and injured six others in the two villages of al-Makramia and Deir Ful, north of Homs.
Syrian government forces frequently bomb the besieged cities and towns of Northern Homs countryside, often killing and injuring civilians, as well as destroying the local infrastructure.
