Turkey - SMART

On Sunday, the loyalist forces started preparing to deport Islamic State fighters from al-Tadamon and al-Hajar al-Aswad districts and al-Yarmouk camp, Southern Damascus, to the Syrian Desert.

Activists reported that buses gather in al-Zahra al-Jadeeda district near the al-Yarmouk camp, preparing to enter the camp and carry ISIS fighters and their families to ISIS-controlled areas in the Deir Ez-Zor and Homs governorates in the Syrian Desert.

Earlier, the loyalist forces and ISIS denied reaching an agreement to deport ISIS from Southern Damascus, after the channel "Russia Today" official "field sources" said that the confrontations between the parties stopped between noon to 5 am, and ISIS expressed its readiness to withdraw its elements and their families of 1,700 people.

The loyalist forces' military operation came after the failure of the Russian sponsored negotiations between the loyalist forces and ISIS to deport ISIS fighters to the Syrian Desert, while an agreement was concluded with Hayat Tahrir al-Sham to extradite its fighters to the Idlib governorate.
