Hama - SMART

On Friday, Free Syrian Army (FSA) snipers killed a Syrian government forces member in Northern Hama, Central Syria.

Local activists and a military source reported that FSA’s Jaysh al-Ezza snipers targeted Syrian government forces stationed at the Zlin checkpoint in Northern Hama, killing a member of the latter.

The director of the Jaysh al-Ezza media office, Abdul Razzaq al-Hussein, denied that they targeted the Syrian government forces at the Zlin checkpoint.

The Syrian government forces stationed in the villages of al-Zalaqiyat and al-Masasneh targeted the town of al-Lataminah, Northern Hama, using mortar shells, causing only material damage.

The towns and villages of northern Hama have included in the demilitarized zone agreed between Turkey and Russia. However, the Syrian government forces continue to shell the area and launch military operations on the FSA and Islamic battalions sites, and similar operations against the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and the Religion Guards.
