Hama, Syria, June 14, 2018. Workers repair the Noaris oh Hama. The Orontes River in Hama city, Central Syria begins to flow again. Water began to flow after the loyalist forces reopened al-Rastan dam, which they had previously closed for over two months. Closing the dam caused spread of disease in the city, and prevented the Noaris from working. Locals hold the Syrian government responsible for the consequences of intentionally closing the dam.
