Idlib, Syria, July 20, 2018. Pictures of people who were killed displayed on a wall in the towns of Kufriya and al-Fo'a in the north of Idlib, Northern Syria. The towns are loyal to the Syrian government. Earlier, residents of the two towns evacuated as part of an agreement between the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and the Syrian government under the auspices of Iran. On Tuesday, the HTS reached an agreement with Iran to evacuate the residents of Kufriya and al-Fo'a towns, in exchange for the release of 1500 detainees from the Syrian government's prisons.
