Bab al-Hawa, Syria, Aug. 12, 2018. Diggers and other vehicles can be seen next to a collapsed building as Syrian Civil Defense teams search for survivors and victims under the rubble of two six-story buildings that collapsed after a munition warehouse located in one of the buildings exploded. The warehouse, which was located near the old yard of the Turkish-Syrian Bab al-Hawa border crossing in the city of Sarmada in Idlib, Northern Syria, belonged to an arms dealer. Activists estimated that the explosion killed more than 40 civilians and fighters from the opposition faction Hayat Tahrir al-Sham. Civil Defense teams pulled out seven survivors and several dead bodies from under the rubble so far, as the teams continue their search.
