Al-Qamishli, Syria, Nov. 15, 2018. Two men raise a banner in the Kurdish language during a demonstration in the city of Qamishli, northern al-Hasakah, northeastern Syria, against the American announcement of financial rewards for anyone would give information about three leaders of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK). The Families of Martyrs Foundation of the Kurdish Autonomous Administration organized the demonstration where they invited people through its pages on social media sites. On Tuesday, November 13, 2018, the U.S. Embassy in Ankara announced that Washington, authorized rewards of up to $5 million for information leading to the identification or location of Murat Karayilan, up to $4 million for Cemil Bayik and up to $3 million for Duran Kalkan.
