A destroyed house and truck can be seen after the Syrian government forces targeted the village of al-Tah in Southern Idlib, Northern Syria, with missile shells, injuring three women and two men, who were transported to hospital in the city of Idlib. The Syrian government forces repeatedly target villages and towns in Southern and Eastern Idlib with artillery and missile shells, killing and injuring civilians, although the area is included in the de-militarized zone agreement reached by the Russian president and his Turkish counterpart in September 2018.
