Aleppo, Syria, Jan. 16, 2019. Forcibly displaced children walk on muddy ground in a camp near the town of Babto in western Aleppo, Northern Syria. The camp's residents live in harsh conditions due to the difficulty of delivering drinking water to the camp; the water delivery trucks cannot reach the rural camps due to muddy roads. The camp is home to 60 families in dire need of rain-proof tents and paved floors. Most of the forcibly displaced people in camps in the governorates of Idlib and Aleppo suffer in harsh conditions due to lack of support from organizations, especially in the winter.
