Aleppo, Syria, Mar. 19, 2020. Rescue teams put out a fire after an unknown explosion, suspected to be from a car bomb, in the city of Azaz near Aleppo, Northern Syria. The explosion killed two civilians and injured 19 others, including ten children. The explosion destroyed the front of a building, as well as a gas station. Explosion and shooting incidents frequently occur in northern and eastern Aleppo, killing and injuring dozens of civilians and Free Syrian Army commanders and fighters, amidst accusations against the Islamic State and the Syrian Democratic Forces. The police and local councils took precautionary procedures to prevent casualties due to these explosions.
