Iranian negotiators and Hayat Tahrir al-Sham negotiate about Kafriya and al-Fu'ah; Daraa's displaced persons reach Northern Syria

A special source reported that Iranian negotiators and the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) negotiate to evacuate civilians and militants from the towns of Kafraya and al-Fu'ah, near Idlib, Northern Syria. No further details about the negotiations were reported.  

A convoy of forcibly displaced persons from the Daraa governorate arrived in the town of Qalat al-Madiq in Hama. The convoy included nine buses that carried around 430 people. The displaced persons will move to the Saed, and Mirnaz camp or they will choose another place in Idlib.

In Southern Syria, the loyalist forces and the Free Syrian Army (FSA) moved their clashes to the village of Mashara in al-Quneitra. The clashes occurred as the loyalist forces entered the northern district of the village.

Dozens of displaced persons from Daraa protested near a UNIFIL checkpoint in al-Dareat in the outskirts of the Mualaka village in al-Quneitra, near the border with the occupied Golan. The protesters demanded international protection and humanitarian support.   

In Northern Syrian, the HTS executed four Islamic State's fighters after the HTS arrested them in Idlib one day earlier.

In Aleppo, the al-Faylaq al-Thani group of the FSA arrested a military commander from the group in the city of Afrin. The detained group the commander due to personal problems him.   

The Manbij military council stated that the last group of military advisors of the Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) withdrew from the city of Manbij. The advisor retired after they finished their mission to train and rehabilitate the YPG's fighters, in collaboration with the International Coalition, led by the United States, according to the council.    

In Hama, the Syrian Liberation Front clashed with a group of fighters from the Jaysh al-Naser of the FSA in the village of al-Mustrihah. The clashes occurred after the Syrian Liberation Front arrested two fighters accused of pledging to ISIS, as one of these fighters was a brother of the group's commander.   

In Eastern Syria, clashes between the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and ISIS continued in the town of Hajin in Deir al-Zor, as the SDF advanced to several locations in the area.  

In al-Raqqa, the Primary Correspondence Team found two mass graves in the al-Badou neighborhood. The graves included about 150 unidentified bodies. The team will pull out the bodies of the newly found graves after they finish with the mass grave of the al-Raqqa zoo.  

The Turkish border guards (gendarmerie) killed an Iraqi refugee at the Syrian-Turkish border. Earlier, the refugee was displaced to the Aleppo 3 camp near the town of Darkoush in Idlib.
