Syrian Government bombing kills civilians and kidnappers release Head of Health directorate in Idlib; dozens of Syrian refugees return from Lebanon to Syria

In Northern Syria, Syrian Government bombing killed and injured 12 civilians, including women and children in two villages in Maarat al-Numan (35 kilometers south of Idlib).
