Internally displaced persons from Southern Damascus arrive in Hama, and French troops visit Tabaqqa city, Raqqa

On Tuesday, new buses transporting internally displaced persons(IDPs) from Southern Damascus arrived in the city of Qal’at al-Madiq, Hama in Central Syria. The IDPs evacuated Southern Damascus as a part of an agreement between the Syrian government forces and the Islamic State( ISIS).

Hundreds of ISIS fighters arrived in the badiya of the Sweida governorate, south of Syria after the fighters evacuated neighborhoods they used to control in Southern Damascus.

On Tuesday, a loyalist militia opened fire at a bus near the village of Aqrab, south of Hama in Southern Syria, killing and injuring civilians.

A woman died and another received burns following a fire that broke out as the women were harvesting barley in their agricultural land in a village north of Hama. People accused the government forces of triggering the fire.  

Residents of the city of Hama suffer from the spread of respiratory and skin diseases due to the pollution of the Orontes. The residents bore the Syrian government responsible.

The Syrian government reassures IDPs from Central Syria in the Idlib and Aleppo governorates by a group of people from the area, who came to a settlement with the government.  

On Tuesday, a military commander of the al-Shabab al-Sunna forces of the Free Syrian Army(FSA) reported that military convoys of Iranian militias and Hezbollah withdrew from the city of Daraa in Southern Syria and headed to Damascus.

The commander who introduced himself as Bahr Abu Oudai, added that the opposition military observatories spotted last night a convoy of 10 trucks, a tank, and a bulldozer heading to the city of Izraa.  

Abu Oudai added that at early dawn, another convoy of four trucks and 15 trucks of soldiers and equipment headed to the city of Izraa to head to Damascus later on.

The local council of the city of Azaz, 40 kilometers north of Aleppo in Northern Syria, distributed humanitarian aid across 40 internally displaced families from the city of al-Rastan, north of Homs, in the nearby village of al-Jadida.

Cases of leishmania increased in the city of Aleppo due to the spread of insects as a result of remarkable high temperatures in recent days.

On Tuesday, al-Hayat Tahrir al-Sham(HTS) arrested three people in the city of Idlib and village of Kourin. The HTS accused the detainees of killing fighters and civilians in the Idlib governorate.

Workers and artisans in cooperation with the local council, established Workers and Artisans Association in the city of Saraqib, 14 kilometers east of Idlib in Northern Syria, in order to preserve workers’ rights.

On Tuesday, 200 civilians fled a village controlled by ISIS, east of the al-Hasakah governorate in Northeastern Syria to areas controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces in the governorate.  

On Tuesday, a fuel tank explosion killed a child and injured two civilians in the city of al-Malikiya 145 kilometers, northeast of al-Hasakah.

The Kurdish People’s Protection Units(YPG) arrested three people in the city of Raqqa, northeastern Syria. The YPG accused the detainees of being members of ISIS.

A source in the Asayish forces of the Kurdish Autonomous Administration in Raqqa reported that French troops visited the al-Tabqa military airbase, 45 kilometers west of Raqqa in Northeastern Syria.
