Idlib, Syria, July 8, 2017. Hundreds of people in the city of Idlib, Northern Syria, hold the funeral of a Syrian woman and her child who were killed by two Turkish men in the forests of the Turkish province of Sakarya. The Turkish police found the two bodies on July 7, 2017, in a forest in the Kaynarca area. Turkish media reported that the two Turkish men attacked the house of the victims after of a dispute with the husband, raped the pregnant woman in her ninth month, killed her and her 10-month-old child, and took the bodies to the forest. The media added that the two men confessed to the crime and were referred to the Office of the Prosecutor after questioning, while the bodies were taken to a hospital in the Kirklareli province, as the investigation continues. The Turkish Interior Ministry said on Wednesday that of amplifying events between Syrian refugees and Turkish people was aims to abet strife, adding that the involvement of Syrians in events that harm the public security is less than promotion.
