A group of elderly fighters form a five-people military battalion under the name "The white-haired battalion" in the village of al-Bohij, al-Bab, Eastern Aleppo, Northern Syria. The battalion has a special style of guarding, and uses old-style semi-automatic guns in addition to weapons currently used by other factions. The white-haired battalion aims to improve the morales of the fighters in the Free Syrian Army and the Islamic factions in the area. The white-haired battalion emphasizes that Arabs and Kurds are brothers, and that they have a mutual relationship, meanwhile accusing the Kurdish People’s Protection Units of being responsible of what is happening in Northern Aleppo.
