Southern Damascus, Syria, May. 1, 2018. People of Southern Damascus give their opinion about the agreement with Russia and the loyalist forces that stipulates the displacement of Aleppo and Idlib, Northern Syria. A citizen said that the international community lets them down after years under the siege, another one preferred to exit the towns rather than conciliating with the Syrian regime, and another citizen from Idlib, who lives in the city of Yalda, welcomed the agreement that will allow him to go back to his people. Statistics indicate that 15,000 people will exit the towns of Southern Damascus, as a Russian delegation entered the cities to set the final arrangements for evacuating the Free Syrian Army factions, Islamist factions, Palestinian refugees, displaced people, and civilians.
