July 11, 2018, Daraa, Syria: The sale of items stolen from Daraa spreads through markets in al-Suwayda. Al-Shabiha militias steal the items from the Syrian government's recently seized village in Daraa. Local sources from al-Suwayda reported that the residents of al-Suwayda did not buy the stolen items, in addition to urging other to hold the sellers accountable. Activists launched a campaign to boycott the purchase and publication of the names of sellers and buyers. The Men of Dignity movement condemned selling stolen properties by the al-Shabiha. The movement held the Syrian Government responsible, and urged the residents not to be drawn into what the movement described as a “Dirty and bloody business.”
