Homs, Syria, Oct. 23, 2018. A rainstorm hits the al-Rukban camp on the Jordanian border near the city of Homs, Central Syria. The rainstorm increased the suffering of the forcibly displaced people (FDP) in the camp, amid the lack of rainproof tents. An FDP who introduced himself as Abu Sultan said that the rainstorm damaged the tents in the camp, which shelters 1,500 families who suffer from the lack of means and poor medical and educational services. Earlier, the United Nations Goodwill Ambassador to the Middle East said that the UN Commission in Amman did not perform its duties in the camp.
