Idlib, Syria, Nov. 16, 2018. Shelling causes damage. The Syrian government forces shell the village of Babulin in Southern Idlib, Northern Syria, killing a child and injuring a displaced woman.
One of the civilians, called Abu Wael, said that dozens of shells fell when they were outside for Friday prayers, injuring civilians, including a woman.
On Nov. 15, 2018, the United Nations said that the past two months were the calmest contrary to expectations in the governorate of Idlib. However, the UN stated that there was shelling in the vicinity of the ceasefire zone.
