Aleppo, Syria, Nov. 29, 2018. Activists and students of the Free Aleppo University organize a demonstration to condemn the assassination of the distinguished activists Raed al-Faris and Hammoud Jnayd in the city of al-Atarib, Western Aleppo, Northern Syria. Abdul Basit Nassif, a student, said that he participated in the demonstration in appreciation to al-Faris and Jnayd and added that the demonstrators would continue in the path of the revolution. An activist, Mahmoud Abu al-Majd, said that he participated in the demonstration to express his anger about the assassination. Raed al-Faris and Hammoud Jnayd were assassinated by unknown persons, who shot gunfire at them in the city of Kafr Nubl, Idlib, last Friday. The assassination was locally and internationally received with condemnation, as the United States and United Kingdom's Foreign Affairs Offices, and the French President Emmanuel Macron offered their condolences to the activists' relatives.
