Aleppo, Syria, Dec. 6, 2018. The Re-stabilization Committee of the Free Aleppo governorate council holds a course to improve the administrative abilities of local council members and presidents in the Aleppo countryside, Northern Syria. Bashar Abdul Qadir, head of the committee's ability building office, said that the committee started training for ten local councils from the Eastern and Northern Aleppo countryside in the town of Dabiq, Northeastern Aleppo, to build up the local councils' abilities and improve the performance of their members and employees. In 2017, the committee held a workshop in the city of Azaz, in attendance of the head of the Interim Syrian Government, to improve the respective work of different parties. The workshop attendees agreed to unify the official stamps and slogans for the councils and the political and media institutions.
