Israeli soldiers detain Syrian shepherd in Quneitra

On Saturday, Israeli soldiers detained a shepherd in the Quneitra governorate, Southern Syria, near the Syrian side of border with the occupied Golan Heights.
Local sources reported to SMART that three Israeli Army vehicles crossed the border into the town of Sayda. The Israeli Army detained the shepherd Muhammad Abdullah al-Shanour al-Robi and returned to the occupied Golan. The destination and charges against al-Robi remain unknown.
On Dec. 24, 2018, the Israeli Army announced targeting an unknown armed group that entered the occupied Golan from Syria.
