Unknown persons shoot and injure Syrian government forces member in Daraa

On Thursday, unknown persons shot and injured a Syrian government forces member in the city of Daraa, Southern Syria.
Local sources reported to SMART that unknown persons shot Muhammad Ali al-Laham and Ayad al-Rifai in the al-Balad neighborhood in Daraa, severely injuring the latter, who was transported to the Daraa National Hospital.
The sources added that the shooting did not injure al-Laham, who is a former fighter of the Jaysh al-Yarmouk. Al-Laham left for Northern Syria and returned to Daraa to work with the Syrian government forces military security.
The Daraa governorate became home for frequent assassinations that targeted Syrian government forces members and officers, in addition to former Free Syrian Army fighters. Recently, unknown persons killed a Syrian government forces general in the city of Buser al-Harir.
