Gunmen and SNA shelling kill and injure SDF members in al-Raqqa

On Monday, unknown persons attacked a checkpoint of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) on the Hoss-Jazzret Albu Hamid road east of al-Raqqa, Northeastern Syria. The attack killed and injured SDF members.
Medical sources from the Kurdish Red Crescent reported to SMART that unknown gunmen killed a SDF member and injured three others. The sources added that the wounded were transferred to the al-Raqqa National Hospital.
A military source from the SDF denied that the victims of the attack are SDF members, adding that they are civilians.
Activists reported to SMART that on Sunday night, Turkish-backed Syrian National Army shelled SDF sites near the city of Tal Abyad, 82 kilometers north of al-Raqqa, Northeastern Syria, killing two SDF members.
A military source from the SDF denied that there were victims among its members, stating that the shelling was random.
On June 25, 2020, an explosive device killed two SDF members and injured three others near the village of al-Karamah (27 kilometers east of al-Raqqa).
On June 24, 2020, an explosive device killed a member of the SDF and injured four others, two of them received critical injuries, in the Haws area, 65 kilometers east of al-Raqqa, Northeastern Syria.
